Retruns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the order date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Some dog health care items

At WagWagBark.com we are dedicated to your satisfaction with the product and service you receive from us. We understand that each individual case is different, and that’s why we handle returns and exchanges on an individual basis. Your return will be for the material only, less the restock fee, and original shipping charges. We strive to resolve each and every issue fairly and reasonably. In the event you encounter a problem with one of our products, please contact us by emailing admin@wagwagbark.com. We will supply you with an RMA (Return Materials Authorization) which will help us process your return quickly and accurately. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for your patience and understanding.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds

Our returns department processes returns within 1 week of receipt. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items due to buyer’s remorse. If the return is a result of a defect, damage in transit, or a shipping error on our part your restocking fee is waived, and original shipping charges will be fully refunded.

You can expect a refund within 24-72 hours depending on your bank after your refund has been processed. A refund confirmation email will be sent detailing your refund for your convenience.

Exchanges

We do not do exchanges for different items for warranty purposes. Every purchase requires an invoice with the date of purchase for the manufacturer to honor their warranties. Please return the unused product within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the product price. If you have a color or style request, please contact us prior to ordering so we can check our inventory for you.

Store Credit

We do not offer a store credit on returned items. A refund will be processed back to the original payment method at the time of purchase. Then simply place a new order if you wish.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please contact us immediately if you received a product that is damaged, has a manufacturer defect or if you received the wrong product. Please do not ship products back to us, we will provide shipping labels and replacements in a timely manner.

Shipping returns

To return your product, we will contact you with an RMA and explain where to ship the product. Some products we will have shipped back to our distribution center and others we may have you ship to another warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
